Sixway Fieldbook / Workbook 01
Choose a business model, then test it against reality.
Use these pages to carry a model and niche into a grounded validation exercise. You do not need every answer before you begin; write down what you know, what you need to learn, and one focused next move.
How to use: Fill the fields in your browser. To keep your work, print this page and choose “Save as PDF” in your print dialog. You can also print it and write by hand.
Choose one to test for now. You can change your mind as you learn.
Get narrower than “small businesses” or “people who want to learn.” Think about a role, context, or kind of organization.
Look for a recurring situation with a current workaround, cost, delay, or frustration. Do not treat a broad idea as proof of demand.
Positive feedback is useful, but it is not the same as willingness to pay. Decide what action or evidence you need to see.
Choose a learning step that is proportionate to what you know. The goal is a better question or useful evidence before a major investment.
Keep the answers honest. An unanswered prompt is a useful reminder of what to investigate next.
